The facility is seeking a Financial Analyst to support accounting, financial reporting, and analysis functions related to operational activities. The role ensures accurate financial recordkeeping and evaluation of financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including vendor payments, invoicing, expense tracking, and maintenance of financial records.
• Prepare cash flow reports and monitor financial activity, including revenues, expenses, payroll, and other operating costs.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, perform reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial statements and related reports.
• Support budgeting processes and perform variance analysis to identify trends and explain differences between actual and expected results.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements, support audits and tax filings, and evaluate financial and operational metrics, including expense patterns and cost efficiency, to support management review and decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial analysis in a business environment.
