How Comfort Care Senior Living collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through this website.
Effective October 15, 2026Comfort Care Senior Living, LLC (“Comfort Care,” “we,” “us”) provides management, development, and advisory services for senior living communities in Michigan. This policy covers this website and the information you share through it. It does not cover the websites of individual senior living communities, which have their own policies.
This website is written for owners, lenders and capital partners, court-appointed receivers, and REITs. It is not intended for residents or prospective residents, and we do not ask for health or care information here.
We collect information only when you choose to send it to us:
When you submit a form, we record the page you submitted it from. Like any website, our hosting provider and the font service we use receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only as needed to run our business:
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. When you download a case study, your browser’s session storage remembers that you have already filled in the form, so you are not asked again during the same visit. That note stays in your browser, is not sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.
If you contact us or download a case study, we may follow up about your inquiry. We send new case studies only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us using the details below.
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and for any longer period required for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
